Neck shoulder arm elbow and hand pain

S
I have had back pain for years now but a few weeks ago after working on my dump truck I came in the house with pain in my neck shoulder arm elbow and hand my fingers went numb and the pain became so bad I couldn't stand it and ended up in the emergency room an MRI was ordered and I got the results back today this is how it reads.

C3-4 Mild dis bulge, mild facet arthropathy left greater tahn right. Mild left foraminal narrowing
C4-5 Broad-based posterior disc bulge, mild narrowing of the AP dimension of the canal
C5-6 Broadbased small disc bulge with small focal right paracentral disc protrusion which minimally contacts the cord on the right. Mild facathropathy. No significant foraminal impingement.
C6-7 Large right posterolateral soft disc protrusion which extends into the right neural foramen. There is also a left lateral component to the disc protrusion resulting in minld left foraminal narrowing. Disc buldge and osteophyte formation centrally resulted in moderate to maked stenosis of the canal centrally with effacement of the ventral aspect of the cord.

What am I looking at here the pain has gotten so bad I cannot lay down in bed I sleep (what sleep I get) in a chair and the pain is horrible just sitting when I get up and try to do anything at I the pain gets worse.
I do hard physical labor for a living. I own and operate my own business I am an arborist I climb trees and run chainsaws left and drag logs. I need to return to work immediatley. Is there anything that will fix this quickly and which one is causing all the pain and what can be done to correct it.
