Ned help understanding MRI,, doc was confusing

what does this mean???

Hypertrophic Changes of the acromioclavicular joint with caudal spurring and positive acrmomial curvature. There appears to be compromise of the musculotendinous junction of the supraspinatus complex. Correlation with relative impingement syndrome is suggested

Hi there!

The repost describes degenerative changes around the shoulder joint with possible compromise of the muscles of the rotator cuff/ impingement. I would suggest discussing the situation and the management plan in detail with your treating orthopedician.
Hope this helps.

Take care!
