Need Advice

I had been suffering from one sided (left) headache mostly on top left with pain in left eye and beside the left year for atleast 15 years while I was in State of Bahrain (Arabian Gulf). Finally, when I insisted to have a brain scan, It was done and was normal. I was told that might be due to cirvical problem or tension. I remained ok for some time and then insisted to have ct scan again when transferred to Abu Dhabi (UAE) although the neurologist advised me it was not required. Anyway, I did it again in 1994 perhaps and report was normal. The headache was continuing not everyday but sometimes. I again started thinking negatively and although had no much problems but still had doubts. So I saw another Neurologist and after physical check and in the light of previous history told me that there was nothing wrong and MRI or CT scanning was not necessary. I insisted again. MRI was done. It was again normal. Still after sometime being still suspious, I went to Pakistan and met a famous retired General Neurologist doctor and explained everything. He sent me for my cirvical xray. On seeing cirvical xray he straightway advised me some 5 exercises. Same day in 1995 or 1997 I started excercises and surprisingly by next very morning I was feelin lot better. Later after some days the pain (15 years old) disappeared. Since then I never had any pain etc. Now after so many years, I have the same one side headache and little pain in the left eye. I am afraid to see a neurologist being afraid of something serious may come up.

What should I do ? I am depressed. Do you see any serious problem ?

I had an appointment with a neurologist yesterday. I told him the whole history. He made a thorough check and said that everything was fine. He gave me some Norgesic tablets to take when needed. Moreover since I am diabetic for the last 22 years ( I forgot to mention earlier ) I was advised to control the sugar level thru diet etc. I was expecting some relief by today after seeing the doctor as he said nothing serious but the pain continues and I remain depressed despite assurance by the doctor that no abnormality. Am I depressed or my worry is justified ? I am doing exercises and still waiting if exercises are helpful. I don't know whether I should see another neurologist. . .
