Findings:
The alignment is normal. There is no fracture or marrow replacing lesion. Conus ends at the L1
level and is normal in appearanc. Mutlilevel degenerative changes are noted,
including disc space narrowing and desiccation, endplate irregulartiy,
and osteophytosis, most prominent at L5-S1.
L1-2: There is no discherniation, canal steoosis. or neuroforaminal
narrmving.
L2-3: There is nodischerniation, canal stenosis, or neuroforaminal
narrowing.
L-3-4: There is no disc herniation, canal stenosis, or neuroforaminal
narrowing.
L4-5: There is nodisc hemiation, canal stenosis. or neuroforaminal narrowing.
L5-S1: Mildbroad-basedbulge, v.ith annular tear, in combination with some
ligamentum favum and facet joint hypertrophy leads to mild to moderate left
and minimal right neural foraminal narrowing.
Impression:
Degenerative disease and disc disease predominantly at the
L5-S1l evel where there Is mild to moderate left neural foraminal narrowing..
