Need help. no where to turn

Hello. I am a 24 year old male.

For about one year I have had left sided only facial numbness. Not real numb, just doesn't feel right. Areas affected are left side of nose, cheek, and temple-ear area. Wearing sunglasses dulls these effects, and splashing water on the area helps for about 5 secs. I do not feel this when I am asleep. No shocking pain just a constant dull. Also im my left wrist sometimes, but this could be due to injuries or could be related I don't know. I also get fullness in my ears. Besides being depressed from this, no other symptoms that bother me too much.

I have had a brain mri and mra, which came back perfectly normal. I go to a chiropractor, and my xray all look very good.

What could I have besides TN. I don't think MS is a gd possibility because I am male, and my scans were normal. What about Lyme disease or cervical disk lesion? any other ideas? Lymphoma?
