Need help with which direction to take

I'm hoping to get a little help in which direction I should go.
I have been ill for some reason for the past few years. So much it's affected my life where I have stopped driving and am unable to work like I use and I no longer have any money due to it and no insurance.

I get really bad fatigue and I think the biggest problems come from issues on the right side of my head. I often get drowsiness on the right side of my head, fogginess in the right side of my head. It often feels like the right side of my head is not calculating/processing things too well. The general feeling on the right side of my head always feels different (I'm aware of the right side as opposed to the left I don't notice.) I don't know if it is tension or lack of circulation or what. The feeling/symptoms are always there but the severity can wax and wane.

Another thing I don't know if it can be tied to but I have problems with my lower back (mostly right side) and with my left leg/foot. It feels like I walk on my left foot wrong and I don't know why. I can't see any difference in that foot. And my leg/foot/ankle on that side feels weird, weak, poor circulation. It is hard to explain. My lower right side back often feels weak and it is excruciating in the morning. This is not caused from lack of core muscles. Exercise, even yoga make it so much worse.

In addition I also get weakness on occasion and I think some kind of electrolyte problem. I find especially in the summer I need to drink Pedialyte to feel better. This is with me not being active. Drinking extra water does not help, only Pedialyte type drinks do. There also several other symptoms that come and go with no pattern.

I don't know what could be causing this or what type of dr to see. I really want to fell better again.  I would greatly appreciate any help. Does this sound at all like anything?  Do you have any idea whether I would be best helped at a neurologist, osteopath or ?? Thank you for your time!
