Hello my name is Kalela, im 24 years old and i am having severe neck and headache pain. I have been ''popping'' my neck for about 4 to 5 years. When i say popping I mean like rotating my neck and leaning it to the side and when I do that it pops like a sound of cracking nuckles. Also when turning my neck a tingling numbing pain has shot down my arm to my hand. It seems that if I dont pop my neck there is soooooo! much tention it is very uncomfortable. I've been recently have a thumping rush to my head, like a headache, this occurs often when Im moving around and bending over Im not sure what to do please help.
