Need input from ya all

I have suffered for many years from tension headaches that led to migraines.  I took alot of Ibiprofen.  Finally, I had mri done.  It showed two herinated disks in the C3 and C4.  I had three epidural injections.  The first one work alittle, like a couple of days.  The next one helped alot.  Lasted two weeks.  The third one helped alittle.  My pain specialist has signed me up for radio refrequency.  From what I've read, its super painful.  My doc didn't say anything, yet, about pain.  I am nervous and now wonder if I should seek out acupunture.  Which one is better.  I don't want anymore pain.  Please suggest!

Thanks for feedback.  I see my neurologist next week.  I will talk with him about my situation.  He is aware of the pain management doctor and what has been going on, so I will express my concerns about going forward with the RF.  I will also research Physiotherapy.  Again, thank you for responding!  Take care!

Hi,
The herniated discs are compressing the spinal nerves and hence the pain. It might require a surgery to decompress the nerves . Physiotherapy may also help . Please consult a neurologist for the treatment plan .. Hope this helps you . Take care and regards
