Nerve Block

Nerve Block

I am a 38 year old male. I had shoulder surgery and they used a nerve block. The surgery was a little over a year ago. After the surgery I had numbness from my neck to my hand, weakness in my arm and hand along with pain when lifting even light objects. It still continues to this day. I have seen 3 Neurologists and they say I have Brachial Plexopathy. I did not have these symptoms priar to surgery. Could this be a result of the nerve block, and if so is there any sulution to this problem? I am a truck driver of 14 years and now they say I won't be able to drive a Semi again, do to the lack of stregth in my arm and hand. Please help me if you can.

At top of page, in search conditions box, type in the brachial plex. There is a lot of info. there plus archives of posts about your issue. I was going to paste some stuff 4 u, but there's a ton of info. GB
