Nerve Conduction Tests

My recent nerve conduction study revealed the following:

Sensory Nerve Conduction:

Ulnar.L  V Digit peak latency of 3.5ms,  Amplitude of 6uV, Segment Wrist-V Digit, latency difference of 2.9ms, distance 135mm, and conduction velocity of 47 m/s

Ulnar. R V Digit peak latency of 3.3ms,  Amplitude of 6uV, Segement Wrist-V Digit, latency difference of 2.7ms, distance 120mm, and conduction velocity of 45 m/s

Median. L Mid palm, peak latency of 2.2ms,  Amplitude of 51uV, Segement Wrist-Mid palm, latency difference of 1.7ms, distance 80mm, and conduction velocity of 47 m/s

Median. R Mid palm, peak latency of 2.1ms,  Amplitude of 41uV, Segement Wrist-Mid palm, latency difference of 1.6ms, distance 75mm, and conduction velocity of 46 m/s

Ulner. L Above elbow, Latency of 9.1 ms, Amplitude 7.0mV, Segment Below elbow-Above elbow, latency difference of 2.1 ms, distance 80mm and conduction velocity of 38m/s

Ulner. R Above elbow, Latency of 8.9 ms, Amplitude 7.9mV, Segment Below elbow-Above elbow, latency difference of 1.9 ms, distance 75mm and conduction velocity of 39m/s


So, does this mean that I have both Bi-lateral Carpal and cubital tunnel syndrome and if so how severe is it and will I need surgery?
