Nerve Damage Relief ??

Wow, Left Shoulder operation's x4 = Nerve Damage sooooo badly, that during the day I'm fine, but at night when it seem's that my muscle's relax and I try to go to sleep, I can't. I can't make the tingling STOP, like when your feet go to sleep. The tingling most times gets so bad in my left shoulder,  I Just want to cut it off. Have been on Oxycontin, Methadone, and Suboxone. All work, but who want's to be on Op-ids all my life, and there side affects for each of those drugs, can be Horrific. Tried Lyrica 75MG it help's but not strong enough to Knock out the Nerve Damage. SOoooo what else Can I try??? Friends have suggested BOTOX shot in left shoulder= Approx. 3 months relief?? Acupuncture???  I would really appreciate any and all suggestions that you can give me.
