Hi,

How are you?
A decrease in the excitability of the nerve can be termed as nerve fatigue. The decreased excitability can occur due to peripheral neuropathy due to diabetes or B12 deficiency.
Nerve fiber fatigue is also seen in MS, this occurs due to demyelination of nerve fibers.
Repeated electrical stimulation of nerve also results in nerve fatigue.
Hope this answers your question.
