Nerve Pain/Neuropathy

For the past 6 months i have been experiencing some odd symptoms on my right side.
I get pain on the right side of my face, head, neck, shoulder, arm and leg. I feel as if the pain stems from my shoulder or the right side of my neck.
The pain i feel is sort of sharp, burning pain and occaisionally on my right arm/wrist i feel small numb patches.
I have seen the neurologist already. He checked my eyes, vision, reflexes, tuning fork test, pricked me with something sharp and the hot and cold test. Everything came back just fine but he sent me for a brain MRI just to be sure which also came back fine.
I can get pain in and around my right eye too, like a stinging pain. It never affects my vision.
It isn't constant, i can have it for a few days at a time or a few hours. Sometimes i dont feel it for days or weeks.
I will mention i also suffer from costochondritis on the left side of my chest. To get this diagnosis i had several ECGs, echocardiogram, chest x ray and a lot of bloods inc d dimer and troponin. I think i may have fibromyalgia but its not been diagnosed yet. All over my body is tender to the touch and i get a lot of aches and pains.
If anyone can give me an idea of what could be causing my right side pain i would be grateful as im going to the doctors next wednesday and would like to have some ideas
Oh and i am 23 female with no other health problems apart from the costochondritis
