Nerve damage

Can a pinched nerve in the neck cause the following symptoms?
- pain in back of neck and below right shoulder blade
- soreness along sides of neck
- tiny tingling along front sides of neck
- feeling like something is stuck in my throat though I can swallow, eat and drink.
- numbness in left cheek
- tic in left eye

I have had a scan of my brain, neck and chest - all normal, yet these symptoms persist.  I have been diagnosed with reflux but I feel better lying down when I don't notice the sensation in my throat.

hi allison,

i have all these symptoms also.
can be scary, i even have chest pains from it. ive seen many doctors and nurologists, they all say its muscular/nerve damage.

i have pain up in my neck, i get a lot of neck stiffness, sometimes get tingling in my fingers (not often), feels lke theres something in my throat (feels like ive been crying) and i have a twitch in my right eye.

my trapezius muscle and along my shoulder is swollen also.

when i go to physio etc, they just make it worse.

time heals all they said, can be 3 months?

fk!

=)

hope this helped.
