Nerve issues vs. Dystonia

Hi there:
I am 38 and female, years ago I was told that I had a bulging disk (C7). I was having a great deal of pain in my face and neck. I had steroid shots that were helpful. I also have TMJ
I have carpal Tunnel in my right arm and apparently have arthritis in my neck as well. I have a great deal of pain in my neck and shoulder (all on right side)--it went from coming to going to now constant
I noticed that I have a slight tremor or jerking in my head when I concentrate on something really hard or looking down for any length of time--typically when my neck isnt supported.

I went to movement specialist last month who within an hour told me I have Cervical Dystonia.

I also appear to be having spasms in my right eye--my forhead stays sore on that side and the muscles seem tense there. Sometimes I feel as though my eye is lazy. I do look at a computer all day.

I believe that I have nerve damage or a pinched nerve at C 7 that is causing this. I had an EEG? Determined that I do not have nerve damage in my neck--I wasnt given a myleogram.

So, I am wondering. Does this sound like CD  to you? Or more of a nerve issue. I do realize that you cant diagnose without an examination.

I am not clear if I should go to  Neurologist, Opthamologist or take the Botox injections reccomended to me by the movement disorder specialist
