Nervous, head twitches when around many people, or certain people.

Hi,
When I'm around certain people, or many people, I get very nervous and my head will like start twitching, like I have Parkinson's or something. I'm fine when I'm at home.

Hi there.

From what you have described this can be an anxiety disorder that is associated with certain situations or certain people.  This may be addressed with anxiolytic drugs or behavioral therapy with the aid of a psychologist or occupational therapist.  Panic disorders can also initially present with these symptoms and you should monitor for the progression of severity of this, and make sure your doctor is informed.

Regards and God bless.
