Vascular spasm causing incontinence. Little to nothing is known about the treatment of this disease. Patient already treated with mega-doses of steriods without results. Any assistance greatly appreciated. FYI Patient is 37 year old Metis (Native & French Canadian) female, mother of three and was infected via transfusion of whole blood products during past surgery (1984). Breast-fed daughter & husband have not been tested to determine whether or not they also are infected.
