But a couple weeks after I tested my syptoms started, like dizziness, vertigo and confusion, some times I get dizziness and noise in my head like ringing in my ears. What should I do now?, I'm so scared, please help me.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? Neurosyphilis, an infection of the brain or spinal cord., usually occurs in persons who have had untreated syphilis for many years. Complete physical examination, blood tests  such as VDRL test., fluorescent treponemal antibody absorption (FTA-ABS), Rapid plasma reagin (RPR) or treponema pallidum particle agglutination assay (TPPA) may need to be done. In neurosyphilis, it is important to test the spinal fluid for signs of syphilis.Cerebral angiogram, head CT scan, lumbar puncture and a cerebrospinal fluid analysis (CSF fluid analysis)
MRI scan of the brain, brainstem, or spinal cord may also be done. For proper evaluation, you may need to have this initially checked by your doctor and be referred to a specialist. or venerealogist may help. Take care and do keep us posted.
