New Sx Sound of Blood Rushing Left Ear

I am a 49 y/o female with an episode of severe vertigo and hearing loss lasting 10 days approximately one year ago. My concurrent medical diagnoses include Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome (antibodies are lupus anticoagulant, anticardiolipin, and betaglycoprotein); Myasthenia Gravis, and Type II Diabetes onset 2005.

I underwent a CT scan the results of which were not revealed to me by my neurologist. I was referred to an otolaryngologist who evaluated me and said the cause of the vertigo could not be determined. He said although they had found a brain lesion on the CT he was not confident that was the cause and preferred to think the vertigo was caused by an infection. (I still don't know anything about this brain lesion!!)

Now in the last week I have developed a very loud sensation in the same (left) ear of blood rushing through my ear. I do not have any vertigo symptoms at this time although I do have difficulty in getting my arms and legs to do where I want them to, I am constantly tripping and dropping objects.  At the same time as the ear noise I have also developed intermittent pain in or behind both eyes. I have experienced subconjunctival bleeds in both eyes previously from the APS/anticoagulation.

My anticoagulation is at therapeutic levels currently. Any suggestions?
