Non stop headache for 1 month straight

HI all,

If any one has had something similar, please let me know.

I'm a 28 yo female, and I have had a non-stop headache on the front left of my head for a month straight now. I also have numbness in my hands, legs, and feet, mostly on the right side of my body. I get nauseous and have muscle and joint pains as well. I had a normal CT scan (w/o contrast), and I don't have an ear infection or sinusitis.

What could this be? Painkillers, even Toradol and extra strength tylenol, only take the edge off. The heaache is ALWAYS there.

What conditions does a CT rule out?

Thanks
