In N0v 90, Nov 93 and Jan 94 I had nuero surgery related to a subarachnoid cyst in the thoracic region of my spine. The surgeries were performed by Dr. Gary Simonds, an Army major at Walter Reed Army>
Transfer interrupted!
told me the tyoe of cyst I had was highly unusual and some of my symptoms have suddenly reappeared I would like to contact him. He is no longer in the military and is probably practicing nuerosurgery somewhere within the United States but I am at a loss how to find him since I have no idea which state he may be in.
Can you help?
