Numb, stiff fingers with headache

I am a 33 year old female. For over a week, I have been having numbness and stiffness in my fingers. It is noticeable the entire day. I have had headaches - ones that make me dizzy- frequently over past week.  I have no other medical conditions and feel that I am in good health. I hope this goes away- do I need to schedule appt. with physician?

Thank you! I do need to start taking my vitamins and increase my fruit and vegetables.  I think that I worked out and did something to a nerve. The outer two fingers (ring and pinky fingers) are numb, the others are stiff and decreased feeling.  I think that time, nutrition and stretching will help.

You are kind to help!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Please try to take a healthy diet with sufficient minerals and vitamins with protien and have proper sleep and stressfree life. If it does not resolve in couple of days then take some multi vitamins and take an appointment for a check up near a Physician.
Take care!
