Numb Feet

Hi!  I was in a car crash in May last year, I still have tingling nerve sensations in my head, but I also now have tingling & numbness in my feet.  It started after the car crash & I don't know if it's caused by that or not.  First it was just the Big Toe on my left foot and then spread to the other toes.  After that the same thing started to happen on my right foot.  The numbness has spread so far that now both of my feet are numb down to the beginning of the heel.  I also feel burning nerve pains in my feet along with the tingling, 'buzzing' feeling.  I'd like to know if this is something to worry about, if it's caused by the car crash or something else?  Any help is really appreciated!
Thanks xo

I read your question as I posted mine, so just wanted to give you my opinion.  Remember that I am NOT a doctor or professional, just responding as I have similar symptoms and problems.

I was also in a car accident, it was at a high speed and forced trauma.  It was the most painful moment of my life, I'm still on strong controlled pain medications.  Anyways, you can read my question as well.  But I suggest you see a Neurologist or Neurosurgeon, to get an MRI of your full spine and maybe brain too.

I have had numbness, tingling, and weakness of my left leg and arm, sometimes it can be one side or both sides.  I never had such issues, until after the accident.

Since I was told about a Syrinx in my spine, after car accident I have done so much research on it, too much research can be scary sometimes.  But I guess it can form after trauma, and since you were in a crash as well, you should check for that.  Then decide to have it watched, take it easy, or do surgery to have it drained.

Anyways I guess "things" happen :)  Just try to take it easy and de-stress as much as you can.
