Numb Fingers

Nearly EVERY monring I am waking with numb and tingling fingers. It takes about 10 minutes and then feeling is back to normal. I have in the past had very painful wrists in particular my right one as I am right handed. Any suggestions or should I just live with this. Its been happening for at least a year. Kind Regards
