Numbness, dizziness, nerve conduction test made it worse

January until now i do not wake up nor do I go to sleep without that tingly sensation in my hands, feet and face some days are worse than others with dizziness and feeling drained.. the dizziness sometimes gets so bad that I get tunnel vision.. I seen a rheumatologist who sent me to a neurologist who sent me to a cardiologist and wants me to go back to the rheumatologist.. I've had Brain MRI came back fine, almost every blood test known to man kind everything came back fine except B12 and they gave me the shot for that and instantly made the symptoms so bad for 2 days straight I couldn't care for my kids, my in laws had to help.. my fingers​will get very cold but do not change colors at all..  the rheumatologist said it could be the beginning of Reynauds syndrome but he highly doubts it sent me to neurology she said everything looks good on her end with blood work and MRI.. I just did the nerve conduction test yesterday and it was the worst ever is made my arms feel like jello they are still weak I can't fully grasp anything without allot of pain and weakness ​in my hands and arms and I just feel like crap today.. they said that I shouldn't have no symptoms from this test but as soon as he started too so this test I knew something was wing I told him multiple times.. They said I have carpal tunnel in both wrists nothing to bad though.. I have scholios it's the s shape once again nothing severe it's moderate.. I'm seeing a cardiologist tomorrow to do an ultrasound of my heart and be hooked to a 24hr monitor to check my heart rate.. because it's been slightly elevated lately.. and I had tachycardia when I had my son it went away but it was bad. I'm so fed up with feeling this is all in my head I have 3 kids the youngest is 1 I can't keep up anymore it's so hard.. anyone please have any suggestions?
