Numbness, tingling and burning sensation

Numbness, tingling and burning sensation

53 years old female.  5' 7 182 Been working out the past few years and feel healthier than ever before.  Have not been able to lose weight but muscle strength is good.  But strange symptoms over the years with on again off again numbness in fingers.  Aching in shin muscle area and forearms started in past few years, during work outs noticed that left foot would seem numb but related that to compression of shoe, increased size and width and it got better.  About 3 week ago, numbness began in three finger on left hand, progressed to both hands and arms and legs as well. Feet have burning sensation - like being on hot cement. Periodic hot sensation through out body, thought it was hot flashes even though, TVH 10 years ago and hormone replacement therapy.Primary MD thought symptoms were related to cervical spine spurs and MRI showed slight compression but neuro surgeon was not impressed that this would cause the numbness and certainly not account for legs and arms, Was having visable twitching in thumb last week and have had eye twitching several months and the drawing feeling of right side  Feeling of stiffness and popping sounds with movement more now.  Yesterday the numbness was in the face and lips, so it seems to be getting worse.    Even took some Benadryl last night incase it was allergic reaction, not really any different.  I take Lexapro, Estertest, ambien and multivitamin and started taking vit d3 and calcium, injectable B12.  Ideas?  MRI of Brain, C-Spine essential normal, TSH 1.47, SLE negative, DNA  - 8  (intermediate level 5-9, Complement, Total CH50 Units 26 (31-66) SED rate 2 (< or = 30)  CBC WNL WBC 8.2, Platelet 156 (140-400).  What's wrong and what test would further diagnose or eliminate disease processes.

I would make an appointment to see a doc, preferably an neurologist, as soon as possible. It sounds like something is out of whack with your nervous system, and you want to catch that kind of thing as soon as possible to avoid damage. And if there is nothing physically wrong with your nervous system, then the worst that you've done is eliminated something from the list of possibilities of causes.
