Numbness, tingling

I have a question. I've been to the er twice because of what i thought was heart trouble but turned out to be panic attacks and low potassium. i have since been getting a tingling or numb feeling in my right cheek. I've narrowed the possibilities down and i think it is either because i have so many panic attacks and am always stressed out, a pinched nerve since my left arm is hurting as well, or maybe my potassium is still low because my left leg gets slight tingling spells every now and again. I just want to get a second opinion to make sure I'm not about to have a stroke or somthing like that. Someone please help me out, i'm very stressed out over this and cannot afford to go to the doctor again anytime soon.

I have been feeling a strange feeling in my forearms in the lower part of my face.  I don't know if it is stress or a lack of a vitamin.  It not really numb more like a plastic feel.

I have sarcoridosis and now it is in my ears.I have high pitch sound in my ears ,plus they are beginning to hurt. what can I do no insurance.
