Numbness-3 small fingers both hands

Woke up with the last 3 small fingers feeling numb-no neck or back pain. Previously was going through a bout of anxiety/stress-causing me to hyperventilate while I was sleeping. Went to a chiropractor and they felt I had pinched a nerve on my neck causing the muscles around it to swell causing the partial fingers on both hands to feel numb. I stillhave strength in both hands and fingers and feeling in the fingers when I touch the outside of them except for the tightness and feeling of numbness in the fingers. The numbness is lighter in the morning when I wake up. Any ideas. I have had this for about 30 days. tks
