Numbness and headache

For the past 6 months or so I have been having this weird headache and numbness in the back of my head. I also have some neck pain and pressure. If I press on the base of my skull it seems to aleviate the pain a little bit. I also feel pretty dizzy, foggy, like I can't really think. Also if I stand up my feet feel tingley. I have an anxiety disorder and this feeling makes it alot worse, or maybe it could be related? It freaks me out. I know I should make an appt with a neurologist but I figured I'd try getting some opinions first. I've read about occipital headaches which sound kind of like what this might be, but I'm not sure. I'm wondering if it could be related to something in my neck..I have alot of pain and constantly feel like I need to stretch and crack it. These headaches last a long time too. Usually I go for days with them.
Thanks ~ Kris
