Numbness and pain in the shoulder

Hi, I have question I injected my right shoulder with deca and winstrol and i think i hit a nerve i had so much  pain in my right shoulder blade and neck for 3 weeks i couldn't sleep and i started to getting migraines and was sweating didnt take any pain medication because of those injections just icyhot on the area where it hurt now after a month the pain is gone but I have problem to wash my hair or brush my teeth and about week ago i had numbness in my right hand all the way to fingers and have crump i went to the gym try to lift weight about 2 weeks ago and was surprised usually i lift 60lbs on biceps curl I try to worm up with 25lbs and couldnt lift it worried me feel really bed well i took week off and took advil and today i went to the gym i work out just with 15lbs when i do shoulder flyes one shoulder is off the another about 3 inches ! is smaller and even i flex is like soft like i have water inside dont know what to do do you have any advice what it could be and if it go a way i dont feel any pain now just numbness and feel weak...thank you NOE

Hi there.

From what you have described, I can think of some possibilities as follows:  A possible cause would be necrosis of some of the tissues in that area mainly muscle and connective tissue which can be due to some inherent properties of the drug you have injected.  Another is that the injection may not be executed correctly (there is a difference between modes of infection such as intramuscular or subcutaneously).  It is also completely possible that a nerve might have been injured, and there can be no telling when will the nerve recover.  I suggest you have this looked at by your doctors since there can be a lot of possibilities.  For now, avoid trauma in that area and avoid using the arm often.  Regards.

I was thinking to go to gym and work out slowly to get back to normal as soon as possible I am also right handed so I use the right arm a lot before i couldn't carry a cup or back I try to use my left arm, I don't think there is any drug in the system anymore since i stop 2 weeks ago deca is winstrol is water base thats should be gone and deca is oil base it should be gone  too but if i get tested it will show even a year later.there could be possibility when it happen that time I couldn't squeeze the liquid inside of my shoulder it took like 1 minute so the needle went up and down how i try to do so and i think i messed up even the nerve  or muscle tissue like you told me.now there is no pain at all I try to find out what i can do and not. All motion seams to be fine and the same as before only  thing is different is when i hold my  right arm straight up i start feel numbness and cant hold the hand there too long like the healthy  left arm.I am taking a vitamins,glucosamine,omega 3,calcium. I don't have my doctor since I moved here to California recently.What doctor I should look for is that related to neurology?Thank you again!
