Numbness in arms and legs

I am an active teenager whos never had any major health problems before but n march i began to have these headaches that would last all day and night. i ad trouble concentrating and flt really tired. They took a blood sample and it was cleared, no problem.They went away in around mid april. But now its come back at the end and the june and is so much more intense. i feel it in my temples back of my head and its usually dull and achy. i told my doctor and she told me just to take pain killers, but they dont work. a few days ago my left pinky went numb. then i had this pain in my right arm and it felt a little numb, gradually going towards my hand, along with a pain in my lower left back now i have this horrible pain behind my right knee and is shooting down towards my foot. This all keeps me up at night. Does anyone know what could this be or suggestion on what to do?

i think i may be blowing this out of proportion, but i have never felt like this before
