Numbness in both legs?

Here for the past few days (today makes day 3), both of my legs have been going numb, starting a bit above my knees and going all the way down to my toes. It's almost like the feeling you get after you've been laying on an arm or foot for too long and then you raise up, that cold, numb feeling. It doesn't hurt, and whether I sit or stand or even prop them up makes no difference. I don't notice it much until around late evening either. I'm 22, healthy weight, and have never been diagnosed with any conditions. I'm not sure if I should visit my doctor or if this even warrants a visit.
