Numbness in finger tips and toes

Numbness in finger tips and toes

Hi Im am 36 years of age. Ive recentlty been experiancing numbeness in my finger tips and both of my bigs toes.
I notice that at first for the past may month or so its been an off and on thing. And nowit seems to be mostly in my toes everyday several times through the day and at night. Ive had blood work done recently and was told that everything was fine but Im very concerned as to what could be causing the numbness. Andvice/suggestions as to what it could be or something I could do etc... I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Hi, his could be either neuralgia or vascular insufficiency as seen in raynaud’s disease. Are you on some medications? Are you diabetic? Try hot compressions of keep yourself warm. If it still persists, do consult neurologist for evaluation.
