Numbness in hands and arms

by Inkwell35, Jun 22, 2008 10:44PM
For several months, with no pattern, I have a numbness that begins in both hands, runs up both arms, and ends with a sharp pain in my breastbone.  I had an arteriorgram done, and have the heart of a 12 year old (though I am 63).  I had an MRI of the spine and show bone spurs in the upper neck, but a trip to the orthopedic surgeon said my symptoms are not caused by the bone spurs or narrowing of the spinal column.  I went through a month of physical therapy and had spells during and after the therapy.  I am at a loss.  Any ideas?
