Numbness on cheeck and neck

I need some help, I’m a 21 year old female who just went through some serious depression but I am not getting back to my normal life. I was taking some antidepressant pills for like two days in the beginning of Jan but I have stopped taking them ever since.
It all started out with the usual cold/flu. I because sick and began to notice that I felt a lot of pressure on the right side of my ear. The pressure in my head is in many different places: in the back by my temple or somewhere in between or sometimes it’s the whole right side that feels like a lot of pressure. I've had two doctors check my ears and they say everything looks fine. But the pressure has spread all the way to my cheeks and my neck. Sometimes I feel like its numb or even swollen because it feels bigger when I turn my head to the right. I have had a CAT scan on my head to see why I had so much pressure, but it came back fine. Now I don’t know why I’m feeling all this pressure just on the right side of my face. It’s never somewhere specific just on my neck and my cheek are the only places where the pressure/numbness occurs. Any ideas of what I should do or ask the doctors to do because it’s a very annoying feeling.

Hi, compression of nerves by bony outgrowths called osteophytes in vervical spine leads to pain and stiffness in and around neck. X ray cervical spine can rule out cervical spondylosis.

Involvement of occipital nerve or its inflammation also leads to pain at the back of head and behind ear. These drugs i.e diclofenac, ibuprofen and vitamin B preparations are available over the counter.

Thanks for your suggestions bhups1
I dont get any sharp pains, they're just feel swollen and sort of sore.I dont have any history of sinusitis.
Are the drugs you recommended over the counter?
Could it also be something with the nerves? My neck nerves feel very streched...

Hi, this could be associated with neuropathy, sinusitis, parotid swelling etc. Do you get sharp pain along with pressure? Do you have history of sinusitis?

Try anti inflammatory drugs, antihistaminics along with cold compression over cheek. Consult doctor to rule out trigeminal neuralgia and sinusitis
