Numbness on right side of my face

I stone was used to hit my face, right under the right eye.  I had a cut which was about 4mm deep. The wound was sewed up.  Ever since I have numbness on part of my right side of my face.  The doctor said maybe the nerve might have been damaged. When I pass my finger over my right cheecks I feel some tingling there.  My question is will the nerve regrow or I would have to live with the numbness for the rest of my life

Can you mention when this happened ? The tingling suggests the nerve has still not recovered.

A 4mm deep wound should not cut the nerve into two parts. The nerve must have been damaged partially. Now, depending upon the damage, the recovery may be early or late. But it should not take a long time. You can take some vitamin supplements to hasten the recovery.

Take any vitamin preparations which have Vitamin B6, B12 along with others, especially E and C.
