Numbness tingling in right cheek, foot after workng out?

Hi,

I have been having a problem where during my workout I get light headed, then maybe about 30 minutes after I stop my right cheek will get numb/tingly/harder to move and my toes will be harder to spread apart in one of my feet (last time it was my right foot).  My lower back also got tingly last time this happened.  I will get very cold in my feet and all over too.  I have had about 4 EKG's, all normal (except one cardiologist wrote "possible pericarditis" but doctor's dsmissed this since my sed rate and other blood work was normal).  I have had a brain MRI w and w/o contrast, a neck mri w/ and w/o contrast.  No cord compression found, though slight narrowing of the nerve canal.  I only yesterday made the link to working out, so none of the doctors have ordered a stress test.  When mapping ths all back, it has pretty much occurred during or after a workout.  On the days I don't work out  feel better.  Carotid ultrasound also normal.

I had also been waking up in the middle of the night with weird neuropathic symptoms - numb top-center scalp, numb lips, numb/tingly forehead, all of which would subside when I sat up.  Is there some sort of circulation problem going on here?   every time I have been to the ER my blood pressure/pulse/temp is normal.  Though I am at rest by then.

age: 27, height 6'2, weight 185
History: Anxiety, minor sleep apnea, OCD, acid reflux (though don't seem to be getting acid these days)
EEG showed some spikes in left temporal lobe.  One neurologist thought simple partial seizures, 2nd neurologist dismissed it.
meds: recently aspirin for discomfort, z-pak for sinusitis (mri showed thickening of sinus wall)

Hi,

It is difficult to comment without clinical exam and looking at the test results. Your symptoms could be due to migraine because your symptoms are similar to migraine aura. Also the chances of migraine are more because all your tests including scans of brain, neck and EKG have been normal.
However problems with blood vessels like stenosis and aneurysms also need to be looked into. You can discuss these possibilities with your treating doctor and let us know if you have more questions.
