Obsession with hands

I have a 21 month old son who is obsessed with hands.  He constantly plays with my hands and others as well.  When i try to take my hand from him he has a blown out tantrum.  He sometimes cries in his sleep if he dosent have my hand inside of his.  He is constantly playing with my/other hands.  Is this a sign of OCD?

It is difficult to judge without clinical exam. This could just be a way to attract your attention.
The chances of OCD are more if there is a positive family history of OCD. Also has he been sick lately and acquired this behavior after the sickness. If this is the case again the chances of OCD are more.
I would suggest you to get him evaluated by his pediatrician.
