Ok more questions than awnsers about Mri

Hello  everyone i am a 30 year old male

I have been having multiple symptoms for several years now and are quickly and progressively getting extremely unbearable

In the last few years i have had sever pain in my mid spine around the shoulder blades.
It caused be to become uncomfortable and restless.

Sitting in chair is painful, and i cant drive because i get weird restless feeling in my legs and arms.


difficulty swallowing
nausea

In the last few moths things have gotten very bad, I have tingling in my arms and calf's of legs.
Ringing in my ears.


Am nauseated
Unable to digest food due to a  nausea/pain/indigestion feeling in my upper stomach and lower pelvic .

I have had the following tests

ekg
electrocardiogram
CBC blood test
upper gastro endoscopy
Doppler ultra sound of legs
Ultrasound of abdomen
chest x ray
abnormal x ray
Checked blood glucose levels
Cholesterol checked
ct scan head/without contrast
scoliosis xray
blood test to rule out clots

I had an mri done this week and going to see nero on feb 28th


There is a reversal of the normal cervical lordosis centerd at c5

Disk Desiccation c2-c3 down to c5-c6 with loss of disk height

c3-c4 right lateral osteochondral bar with mild/moderate foraminal stenosis, partially effacing the csf

Thoracic

Osteochondral bar at T7-T8


i have had nausea difficulty swallowing and gastro doctor ruled out any problems

also spastic legs and tingling in body

extreme pain in between shoulder blades


anyone have any idea if the symptoms could be from the spine

can c spine cause nausea and stomach problems?
