Optic Neuritis

I have the full clinical picture of MS, positive Babinsky, Rombergs, absend stomach muscle reflexes, 2 separate attacks over 2 years with inbetween flare ups of symptoms. Spasticity on L, slurred speech, vertigo, fatigue, dragging L leg, heavy arm L, sensory changes on L, wet running feeling on leg L, etc.
MRI shows one T2 flare in L frontal Lobe and pinnael cyst. No c-spine pr LP was done.
Visual Evoke show no Optic Neuritis.
Is it possible to have MS without having Optic Neuritis.

Yes it is. I've been doing research for awhile now on MS, mostly because I am waiting to see some doctors on referral..but it's estimated that only 40% of people with MS develope optic neuritis through their disease process. I'm not a doctor, but I am a nurse :P See if you get any other responses, but that is what I've found in my research.
