Ossification of Posterior longitudinal ligament

I just had a CT scan because of back of neck pain, a little numbness of the arms and legs.  it showed
Mild spinal canal stenosis at C4/C5, C/5, C6 and C6/C7 level.  Also multilevel ossified disc disease extending from c3/c4 to c6/c7 may be an early manifestation fo ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament.  ---- So my question is since my doctor did not give me any details on these findings I want to better understand it. and also it may not seem important enough to treat but it does not take away from the fact that I still have back pain and neck pain.  What can I do to help myself and who can I see to help me with this Chiaropractor, ?????  I just want to know what can I do/
