Osteo Arthritis related question

Since the past ten years,Ihave been suffering from osteo arthritis. I use diacerein regularly.  Under my right knee and below the feet I have a burning situation.  And an occasional pain on the hip.  Please advise.  BP 150/90  No sugar complaint. Cannot walk for long. Weakness on foot and calf muscle.  Age 64.
