Been having pain in groin of both legs after sitting long periods. Find relief after rubbing with pain ointment and rest,
but recurrs again after sitting. Any suggestions..have not been to the doctor yet. I do a lot of dancing and also line dancing, does not affect me then, only with I sit long periods.
I really don't mind the pain and I can live with it. After having a routine CT scan (I had bladder cancer 4 years ago) they found a thickening in my left side of my groin. I started a job 11 months ago that requires me to sit for 8 hours. Now that I read everyone else's comments and how it hurts when they sit too long - now I am starting to understand. I've taken a medical leave so I am not stuck to a chair anymore. My bone scan came back good but now they want to do a biopsy. My insurance company denied a PET scan. You guys have made me feel a lot better but any comments or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Geri
