PERIVENTRICULAR ISCHEMIC CHANGES WITH CEREBRAL ATROPHY

MY FATHER AGED 72 IS SUFFERING FROM MEMORY LOSS SINCE LAST 1 OR 2 YEAR. TODAY ALL OF A SUDDEN WHILE WALKING IN THE MORNING HE SUDDENLY FELL DOWN WHILE COMPLAINING BRAIN UNCONCSIOUSNESS THOUGH HE DIDNOT LOOSE HIS CONSCIOUS..

AFTER CT SCAN WE GOT REPORT MENTIONING " PERIVENTRICULAR ISCHEMIC CHANGES WITH CEREBRAL ATROPHY"

WILL ANYONE PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT IS THE BEST STEP I SHOULD TAKE REGARDING HIS TREATMENT AND WHAT EXACTLY IS THIS REPORT SAYS ALL ABOUT.

I WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR VALUABLE SUGGESTION
