PTSD & hippocampal seizures

I have had seizures most of my life--had the first one when I had spinal menningitis (meningitis) at the age of 1, at the age of 3, I had my second and was put on anticonvulsants.
I was also abused and neglected as a child. I am too ashamed to type what I exp'ed. Anyway, when my stepfather did a particular thing to me, my seizures went from 1 every 2 weeks to 5 a day(I didnt want to be conscious). If I have a thing for
1. Avoiding thoughts, feelings, or conversations about it?
2.  Avoiding activities, places, or people that remind of it?
3.   Blanking on important parts of it?
4.  Losing interest in significant activities of life?
5.   Feeling detached from other people?
6.   Feeling range of emotions is restricted?
7   Sensing that  future has shrunk--Personally, I think its kind of silly to think one is gonna live a long time, in all seriousness..isnt it kind of immature to make such a prediction?
8  Problems sleeping<---not anymore...used to be a hard core insomniac, was given Rx's to help me sleep. I sleep like clockwork now..
9.  Irritability or outbursts of anger<----not often..but when they happen...they HAPPEN
10 Problems concentrating
11  Feeling "on guard"? <---Hard Core for decades
12 An exaggerated startle response <---on and off
13. experienced changes in sleeping or eating habits
14. Sad or depressed<---are suicidal ideations a sign of depression?
15.   Disinterested in life
16.   Worthless or guilty
17. Repeated, distressing memories and/or dreams<---no, but I hardly ever dream, or remember them anyway
18.   Acting or feeling as if the event were happening again <---used to all the time...am numb now
19  Intense physical and/or emotional distress when you are exposed to things that remind you of the event<---hard core
20. Resulted in  failure to fulfill responsibilities with work, school, or family? <----uh...YA
21 Placed  in a dangerous situation, such as driving a car under the influence<---was raped last year
22. Gotten  arrested<---no
23 Continued despite causing problems for self/loved ones<-- yup

...could some of the symptoms be from the fact that I had scarred tissue in my hippocampus? I have read that Vietnam Vets who exp'ed PTSD have shrunken hipocampuses--20% smaller than the hippocampuses of their fellow soldiers that didnt exp ptsd

all of the symptoms for ptsd that I typed I have..other than the arrest
