PULSING SENSATION

FOR THE LAST FEW DAYS I'VE HAD THIS PULSING SENSATION ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF MY HEAD. I CAN FEEL IT PULSING WHEN I TOUCH WITH MY FINGERS. FELT DIZZY ONE NIGHT BUT FELT BETTER ONCE I LAID DOWN FOR A WHILE. HAVEN'T REALLY HAD ANY HEADACHES BUT I DID HAVE A BAD ONE FEW DAYS BEFORE PULSING STARTED. ANY CLUES TO WHY THIS MAY BE HAPPENING

i too have this pulsing problem but no anxiety, but i am trying to understand why?and how it occurs. first impulse pulse from lower head (back neck) moves to mthe center of head, first happend in 1998 for few days once or twice it was in those days, i had tensions of my life but i was very much calm and composed But never understood my it was occuring suddenly. thereafter some time 2004 for few days it occured for a day or two, if remeber right. Now in 2010 yeasterday and today i had experienced these pulse(impulses) rasing from the lower head back nect to the center top of the head.Any body experiencing this similar kind, if so what it was diagnosed for you. in case i yet to understand why?it is occuring.....
