Pain, Numbness, Weakness @ 27

April 2007 i was in a car accident and taken to ER. I Had no head injury or broken bones just slight neck pain and sever adominal (abdominal) pain. I had my nex xrayed and my stomac was given the full MRI, and both came back normal. From that day i had a constant headache and after much fuss my insurance paid for a MRI of my neck and PT.The day of my MRI i had my first PT which afterwards i experienced my first signs of numbness and weakness on my left side, 2 says later the results. It turned out i had 2 herniated disk compressing my spinal cord to about 25-35 percent its normal size.I was schedualed to see a surgeon however befor my appoint i was in the ER with pain, tingling, numbness and spasm son my left side primarily in my arm. Once release i saw the surgeon the next day and a few days later i had a diskectimy and cervical spinal fusion of c4-c5-c5-c6.  This made my syptoms (symptoms) only worse(although surgery was only option) and a few days after i had tingle waves of needles shooting through my body and pain. Again Back in the ER and then surgery for a missed piece of disk. After second operation my symptom are worse and have only progressed.
Now i have Painin both hands constantly and i can barely balk do to weakness and pain in leg. These symptoms worsen with the amount of activity i do. Numbness and pins and needles vary.  but weakness on left side is almost constant with on and off weakness on right side primarily my arm. I had an EMG/NCT done which was both negative so mmy neroulogist staed i dont know goto pain magement. My secon dopion sergeon stated it was myelopathy, yet my first surgeon though that unlicky due to emg/nct results. I was sent back to same nerologies for leg and mild numbness in stomac he still beileved taht it wasnt myelopath but said it was damage to spinal cord. BTW i believe i forgot they also found buldging disk in T0-t11 and c6-c7. howver they stated non operable and not cuasing this matter. I can barelytyp eto do loss of space cordination and dexterity  as well.

I would like to know does EMG/NVT testing shows dmamge to spinal cord> i know at one point there was truama but would those test show if there was damage still  an dif this as it was calle dmyelopathy will ever get better
