Pain & Numbness in 3rd & 4th fingers

I had 2 frozen shoulders that resolved after 3 steroid injections into each joint about 8-12 months ago.  Now I have pain in my back near the midline, close to the scapula on the right side and a tingling and numbness going down the back of my right arm which also effects my elbow & the 3rd and 4th fingers of my rt hand.  It feels like I just hit my elbow really hard...an aching numbness and tingling that is very uncomfortable.  I had a massage 2 weeks ago and the therapist said I had several "knots" in my back by my right scapula.  I also was told as a young adult I have a 32 degree curvature of the spine.  Could this pain be a pinched nerve(s), something related to my frozen shoulder or possibly related to the scoliosis?
