Pain, nasuea and swelling, head

I am a 23 year old, turning 24 young woman with a history of unexpected and unexplained illness. At age 20 I was diagnosed with IBS after many many years of testing and unexplained illnesses and problems with my weight with lossing alot of weight and trying to get to a healthy weight. I have recently been diagnosed as carrier of Congenital adrenal hyperplasia but they dont know if it means I have the symptoms (which I swear I do) and as well I may have polycystic ovarian sydrome but again they cant say for sure.. which is becoming extremely frustrating. My IBS can be very severe with bloating and naseau but it hasnt been so bad until recently. For some reason I am prone to infections, almost every month I have some new infection, just last month the cysts in my ears got infected and took 3 different anti biotics to clear it up. And I thought that it came back as I had severe headaches and pains but the doctor didnt think so. I thought maybe it was a toothache and it may be somewhat as they need to get done for sure but the side of my head is extremely swollen and painful. It feels like my head is so swollen and I am taking alot of tylenol to help with the migraines. It hurts as well at the back of my head when I lay down, and I have a twinge of pain at top and sides of my head. I also have unexplained shoulder and back pain every now and then. As well my feet were unexpectedly swollen and have been for months and my arms and hands hurt to. I also can get very confused easily, I forget things that I really shouldnt and my balance is nowhere near where it should. I mean I am a clutz but lately its been bad lol. I was a medical administrative assistant so I am used to typing alot but for the past few months I have found.. I type something that I didnt want to without realizing it until after I post it then feel like a moron cause it made no sense whatsoever and wasnt what I was trying to say. My IBS has this thing that if I am ill it likes to add to the party so its been extremely bad lately with severe naseau, bloating and some pain. After so many tests throughout the years and more and more things happening one after the other its getting.. hard but I am trying to stay as opptimistic as I can! But what do you guys think? You think its just my IBS and toothache? And sorry about the wall of text.. just figured some back story may help. Oh gotta add to that when I chew sometimes it feels like something is popping in my ears, so I wonder if maybe my cysts have grown so large they are putting too much pressure.. would have thought the ER doctor would have said something though.
