Pain after hip surgery

Pain after hip surgery

I had hip replacement surgery on the right side last  november. This was the non-cemented kind, and for the first month I was 50% weight bearing. I had almost no pain. As soon as I started full weight bearing I have had pain, mostly  on the thigh side and in the buttocks area. I can not walk ( put weight) on the right leg. I have had three X-rays and these appear to be normal. I have had 10 weeks of physiotherapy, and this was very painful as the therapist stated I had scar tissue internal, and massaged and used the Graston technique to get rid of this.    I have stopped the physiotherapy and I am in less pain, but still can not put full weight on the right foot. I can walk with a cane. IF I try to exercise standing on one foot as advised by the physiotherapist the pain is acute and it feels as if the muscles or something is locking up.
I have been taking celebrex ( 200 mg ) for pain and inflammation. could this be causing  the problem ? Should I take a SAID. I am in good health otherwise and very active. Exercise such as  stationary cycling does not case me any problems. I need advice as to how to continue.
